The Strength & Conditioning programming for 2nd - 5th grade students is designed just for them. Our goal is to get kids generally prepared physically for all of the challenges that life may throw at them. We will increase their athletic ability by covering all aspects of fitness:

Sports Prep

Our Sports PREP programing for 6th - 12th grade students is not for little kids. This program is for middle and senior high school students who desire to become a better athlete! Athletes who have a desire to win a State Championship in their sport and athletes who desire to make a team they haven't had the confidence to make or even tryout for in the past. CrossFit Winnersville has the most dynamic training for middle and high school student athletes anywhere in the State. Our first focus is the safety of the athlete. Our second focus is to build Winners. Winners on and off the field, court and mat. With over 25 years of experience coaching student athletes, Kelly Barcol is the best around.
