Ade Oni was born July 1, 1986, was born in San Mateo, CA and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. He has been married since 2010. They have two daughters, Kennedy and Avery. Ade played football and threw in Track & Field. Ade was a late bloomer, he didn’t start playing football until freshman year of High School, but was a starter by his junior year, and team captain his senior year.
Ade graduated and attended Mississippi State University his freshman year. Ade walked on to the football team there, and was 2nd string by the end of his freshman year. Ade visited Valdosta State and fell in love! He enrolled at VSU for the fall semester of 2005 and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor in Secondary Education with a concentration in History. Ade is currently an educator for Valdosta City Schools. After entering a professional career, Ade found the numbers on the scale increasing and time for working out decreasing. Ade needed an efficient workout, that wasn’t boring and repetitive. A friend introduced Ade to CrossFit and he hasn’t looked back since!
Ade has been at CrossFit Winnersville since they opened in October 2014. Thanks to CrossFit, Ade has been able to maintain and constantly challenge himself, physically, mentally, and spiritually! In November 2014, Ade became a USAW Certified Olympic Lifting Trainer. Ade became
Level 1 CrossFit Trainer Certified November 2016.
