Interested in refining your Olympic weightlifting but want the energy of a group class? Winnersville Barbell will provide you with Olympic weightlifting geared programming and instruction to help you refine and improve your lifts! Each class will focus on a specific oly complex for the day, including transfer skills, accessory work, and strength progressions programmed with CFW’s current strength cycle in mind. Whether you are a beginner wanting to practice and improve your technique or a seasoned weightlifter who just wants to lift more, this class is for you! Winnersville Barbell will be run and programmed by Coach Sarah Arnett, Crossfit Level 2 Trainer and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach. The coaching staff of Crossfit Winnersville will fill in on an occasional rotating basis.
