Biography:

Katie Reed was Born and raised in Valdosta Ga born November 30 1975 She grew up in Valdosta and attended valdosta city schools until Junior year where I transferred to Valwood. Grew up playing tennis and water skiing and cheering. Attended Brenau University in Gainesville Georgia. Received a degree in Psychology. Attended Valdosta state university where I received my masters in social work. Katie is married To Thomas Reed and we have 3 daughters. Talley , Emma and Tamsen. "Our whole family does crossfit and we enjoy being a part of the Crossfit winnersville community where there is something for everyone! I enjoy the friendships I have made as well as the push I get from others to continue to be the best version of myself spiritually, physically and mentally."
